Your account and verification

Give accurate details about your business. To claim a place you send proof that you own or manage it, such as an ID and business documents. We may approve, reject or later remove a claim if we can't verify it or it turns out to be wrong.

You are responsible for everything done with your account. Keep your login safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.

Ads and what they may say

Every ad, offer and logo is checked before it runs, and again when you change it. Ads must be truthful and legal where they are shown, and must not promote illegal goods or services, weapons, gambling, adult content, political campaigns, or anything that encourages unsafe driving.

We may decline, pause or remove an ad at any time, for example if it breaks these terms or local law, or drivers report it.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and shown on the campaign page before you start. You pay only for results: views, taps and drives to your place, at the prices shown when they happen. Each campaign has a daily budget it never goes over.

We may change prices for the future. Changes are shown on the campaign page and don't affect results already delivered.

Paying afterwards with your card

Ads run only while a valid card is on file. Your card is stored by Stripe, our payment provider; Waen never sees the full card number.

Your results add up into a bill. We charge your card automatically when the bill reaches your billing limit, and on the 1st of each month for anything left. Your limit starts at $25 and rises as payments go through. By adding a card you authorise these charges.

If a charge fails, your ads pause until the bill is paid, and we'll try the card again. You remain responsible for results delivered before the pause.

Any credit we give you (for example a goodwill credit) is used before your card is charged. Credit is not cash and can't be transferred.

Rewards for drivers

If you offer a reward, you agree to honour every valid code a driver shows at your branch while the offer runs. A small fee is taken from your balance for each redemption.

Results and our service

Views, taps and drives are counted by our systems, and those counts are used for billing. We work to keep Waen available and accurate, but we don't guarantee a particular number of customers, sales or results, or that the service will never be interrupted.

Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close a business account that breaks these terms, misleads drivers or uses Waen for fraud. You can close your account at any time by contacting us; we'll charge any bill left for results already delivered.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, FVEE LLC is not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, unless the law where you are requires otherwise.
